What it does
The same treatment, every time
Dermashine Pro is a 9 pin multi-needle precision injector with vacuum triggering. The vacuum lifts the skin onto the needles, and every shot goes in at the depth and dose you set on the screen. A full face is around 1,250 injection points in about five minutes.
It runs the products you already use: skin boosters, polynucleotides, HA biorevitalisation and your own mesotherapy blends.

Depth is set in 0.1mm steps from 0.2mm to 2.0mm, not judged by hand.

CE marked under EU Medical Device Regulation 2017/745 as a Class IIa medical device. Certificate issued by TÜV SÜD, valid to August 2030. Manufactured by Huons Meditech, South Korea.
The products
Prescription-only products still need a prescriber, whatever device delivers them.

Training and support
Trained before your first patient
Training is included in the price and can be done online or in person. For in-person training at your clinic, travel and accommodation are charged separately.
Treatment protocols for depth, dose and needle gauge are shared once training is complete. Novus Medical's team is on hand for clinical and technical questions after you've started.
Ordering from Ireland
Shipping and customs
Dermashine Pro ships from the UK. Your clinic is the importer and pays import VAT and any duty on arrival.
If your clinic has an EORI number (Irish numbers start with IE), include it with your order and we'll add it to the customs paperwork so clearance goes smoothly.
Delivery depends on stock availability and is usually within 48 to 72 hours of your order and payment being received.
